1. All information given by Visitors must be true & accurate and in case, if we find out that information is false, E-pass would be voided / rejected...

2. Visitors should be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

3. Visitors should follow guidelines for Health & Safety stipulated by the organizers who follow guidelines of Govt. of India.

4. E-pass generated to one person can’t be shared to anyone. If needed, Visitor should approach the organizing team for further process.

5. Visitors should be minimum 13 yrs. Completed or else accompany with parent/guardian is must.

6. Visitors are responsible for their property / belongings. In case of any loss or theft of the belongings organizer / exhibitor never be responsible for such loss.

7. Visitors should refrain from the activity area if they are sick or diagnosed as any serious infection and Wearing Face Mask is mandatory.

8. Safety guidelines should be followed by visitors to avoid cross infection.

9. Consumption of Alcohol or Illegal substances on the premises is strictly prohibited. Any visitors found in possession of or under the influences of such substances will be removed from event.

10. In any of the dispute, Decision of SUPERIAM EXHIB SOLUTIONS PVT., LTD., is final.

11. Visitors are requested to behave respectfully towards other attendees, staff, and all others those involved in the event. any disrespectful behavior may result the visitor in removal from the event.

12. The Event organizers are not liable to any loss, injury or damage to personal property of visitors incurred during the event.

13. Photography and videography will be permitted for personal use only. Commercial use of images or video is prohibited without prior authorization from organizers.

14. All disputes are subjected to Local jurisdiction.

15. Visitors are requested to display E-Pass throughout the event for the security reasons.
